Background
Tom spent 15 seasons as head coach of Villanova men's soccer in the Big East, after leading Arcadia University to a 99–23–3 record, three conference titles, and three NCAA tournament appearances. He now serves as General Manager of Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals — one of the region's premier clubs, and one of Soccer City's home fields.
At Soccer City, the players in front of him get the same thing his college players got: clear standards, honest feedback, and coaching on every rep.
