Terms of Service

These terms govern registration for and participation in Soccer City programs.

Registration and payment

Registration is confirmed when payment is received and a waiver has been signed for the participating player. Spots are allocated in the order registrations are completed.

Participation

Every player must have a signed waiver on file before taking part in any session. Soccer City may remove a player from a program for conduct that endangers other participants.

Cancellations by Soccer City

Sessions cancelled for weather or field conditions are rescheduled where possible. If a session cannot be rescheduled, a credit or refund is issued for that session.

Photos and media sample clause

We occasionally photograph sessions for our website and social media. You may opt your player out at any time from your account settings or by telling any coach — opting out never affects participation.

Conduct sample clause

Players, parents, and coaches treat each other, opponents, and officials with respect. Repeated or serious breaches can end a player's participation without refund.
