What we collect

When you create a family account we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, along with each player's name, date of birth, and any medical or allergy information you choose to provide so our coaches can keep your player safe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Soccer City never receives or stores your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to register players, process payments, staff and run sessions, contact you about programs your family is enrolled in, and reach you in an emergency during a session.

Text messages

If you opt in, Soccer City sends text messages about your registrations — session reminders, schedule changes and cancellations, league schedule releases, and occasional announcements about new programs.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box during registration or in your account settings. Consent is not a condition of registering for any program or of purchasing anything.

Message frequency varies by how many programs your family is enrolled in. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off at any time in your account settings.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Information may be shared only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Who we share with

We share information only with the vendors that operate this service — our payment processor, our email and SMS providers, and our hosting provider — and with coaches, who see only the roster and safety information needed to run their sessions. We do not sell personal information.

Children's information

Accounts are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. Player information is provided by that adult, and we collect it only to run programs safely. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of their player's information at any time.

Your choices

You can update your family and player details, change email and SMS preferences, or request deletion of your account from your account settings, or by contacting us.
